- Design and create eye-catching social media graphics (including posts, banners, and ads) that effectively convey brand messages and engage the target audience.
- Source, adapt, and manipulate high-quality images and videos, ensuring visual optimization for various platform formats and viewing environments (mobile/desktop).
- Participate actively in ideation and conceptualization sessions to contribute innovative ideas for visual content and social media presence.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Team to ensure all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and supports a cohesive brand identity across channels.
- Assist with content planning and scheduling to ensure the timely and relevant delivery of visuals for campaigns and promotions.
- Stay current with design and video editing trends and social media best practices to continually enhance content creation.
- Support the team by occasionally assisting with communication or follow-up regarding client content requirements and direction.
- Contribute to the team's learning cycle by assisting with monitoring and analysis of visual content performance to inform future design strategies.

- Minimum SPM certification; current enrollment or background in Arts, Creative, Graphics Design, or Media is a plus.
- High creativity, keen eye for design, strong communication and collaborative skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel outstation and overseas (e.g., Singapore) is preferred.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; proficiency in Malay is a bonus.
- Commitment to an internship period of three months or longer is preferred.
