Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to be the driving force behind new business and sustained client satisfaction. This role directly drives sales by identifying and pitching to potential clients, and then nurturing these relationships through consistent and effective communication. You will serve as the primary point of contact, expertly managing all client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach. By proactively addressing client needs and ensuring a superior experience, your efforts will be essential in securing new business and maximizing long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by actively engaging with potential clients across various channels to deeply understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Pitch and present the value and benefits of our digital marketing and social media solutions, effectively persuading prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Team to develop persuasive, customized proposals and strategies that encourage conversions.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and company services to inform pitches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, expertly managing and resolving all client inquiries, feedback, and concerns from various channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and a focus on ensuring maximum client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to facilitate scheduling, ensure the successful onboarding of new clients, and guarantee a smooth client experience.
  • Track, report, and analyze key metrics related to client interactions, feedback, conversion rates, and issue resolution to inform future sales and retention strategies.
  • Provide support and guidance to Client Relations Interns on their daily responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience in sales, digital marketing, or social media is an advantage.
  • Keen understanding of the latest social media trends and emerging platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising, especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads, is a plus.
  • Minimum SPM holder; a diploma/degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business) is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, with proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; proficiency in Malay is a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients (including outstation travel), with immediate availability preferred.
